This system enables heat to be provided through the floor: Via a network of correctly-sized tubes heated water circulates in a closed circuit which is set into the concrete of the floor with adequate adjacent insulation.

Due to the large heating surface temperatures are moderated providing the highest level of thermal comfort of all heating systems.

In the summer, this system can be used as a cooling solution, as long as one resorts to a cooling machine.

All types of heat sources are permitted:
gas, diesel oil or electric boiler, heat pump, solar collectors, etc, adapting to the most economic energy source at the time.

There are also electric radiating floor systems available with electric resistance resources. The level of comfort provided is the same as those based on water though these are based exclusively on the use of electricity.
